• Only market real estate projects that are duly registered with the relevant RERA authority
• Maintain all books of account, records, and documents as required under Rule 12 of the TS RERA Rules
• Not engage in any unfair trade practices as specified under Section 10 of the RERA Act
• Ensure that all information and documents an allottee is entitled to are made available at the time of booking
• Assist both allottees and promoters in exercising their respective rights and fulfilling their obligations

Users are encouraged to independently verify project RERA registrations at rera.telangana.gov.in.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on thinkbigpropmgmt.in — including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of Think Big Property Management Services Private Limited or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written consent from Think Big.
