Buying a home or investing
We help you shortlist projects that fit your budget, preferred location and long-term plans, compare pricing and payment schedules, check RERA registration and approvals, arrange site visits, and support you through negotiation, documentation and registration.
NRI and remote buyers
If you are buying from outside India we handle the on-ground work — verifying the project, sharing video walkthroughs, coordinating with the developer and managing paperwork, so you can buy with confidence without travelling for every stage.
Property management
For owners who already hold property in Hyderabad, we look after tenant sourcing and screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, periodic inspections and reporting — useful whether you live in the city or overseas.

Do you charge buyers a fee?
Our advisory service is free for buyers. We are paid by the developer once a purchase completes, which is the standard arrangement in the market — and because we work with many developers rather than one, our recommendation is not tied to a single project.
How quickly will you respond?
We reply to enquiries within one working day. For something urgent, calling or messaging on WhatsApp is faster than the form.
Where exactly is your office?
We are on the third floor of Raichandani Kokapet One, Unit 302, on the Narsingi–Gandipet stretch, a short drive from the Outer Ring Road and close to the Financial District. Visitor parking is available in the building. If you are coming from Gachibowli or HITEC City, allow about twenty minutes outside peak hours. Call ahead and we will keep an advisor free for you.
Can you arrange a site visit?
Yes. We schedule and accompany site visits across Hyderabad, usually within a few days, and can cover several projects in one trip so they are easier to compare.
